Re: AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - (May 4, 2018)

There's a new Trunks saga and that one has a new villain. He was pretty good. A lot of people seem to like him, but I thought he was just ok.

Ultra Instinct looks cool, but we don't know much about it yet.

Zeno is silly looking, yes....but I like it because everyone (except for goku) fears him...even the gods of destruction.

There's a really cool/great character named, Hit. I forgot about him.

Is the Trunks saga seperate from the Tournament of Power? How many episodes are you in on DBS? Ultra Instinct only came around what, like a few months ago? Goku used it against Jiren for the first time, right? I got DB Xenoverse 2 last year so I got some of the plot points of DBS in that. Those aspects all preceded the Tournament of Power though. Hit is cool. His time skip stuff is pretty neat.

From what I know of Zeno, it makes me wonder further about power levels in the DB universe. I mean, since Goku is chummy with him, if a threat stronger then Goku showed up couldn't Goku just get Zeno is help him? I mean, if Zeno is the ceiling for power levels, that could be a problem for the series no?

Re: AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - (May 4, 2018)

What part of Deadpool was brilliant?

Did I see a different movie?

Same here

Was that the part where he was getting ****ed with a strap on? Or him jerking off to a unicorn? Brilliant!

lol

His antics and humor grew old (for me) after about 10 minutes.

I found the jokes to be too obvious to be considered witty.

:lol

That observation was funnier than anything in the movie.

At least you made it to 10 minutes I was done at minute 2 lol

The normies loved that movie though.

That is correct rush you are not a normie lol

Antitrust laws are prolly gonna block it.

Wonder what that means for DC shows on Fox like Gotham?

Re: AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - (May 4, 2018)

Yeah sure that’s what it was and Snyder’s daughter suicide was the real reason for his removal sure thing lol

Goodbye crappy X-Men substitute Inhumans and hello proper X-Men.

Cancel that Agents of Shield once and for all...Quake my ass lol although Chloe is so hot.

C’mon Snikt I know you’re smarter than that.

Let go of this Rated R makes everything great motto of yours.

Embrace the MCU X-Men and F4 it is time for celebration not division.

Do you even know what youre talking about?

I dont think a entity can control two broadcast networks: ABC and FOX.

Re: AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - (May 4, 2018)

That doesnt even make any sense..... You have a ton of other studios. Do you even know what youre talking about? Sure dont sound like it.

What Evil brought up makes perfect sense to me.

I’m also looking at it from a political viewpoint which really is the only way to view things of this large scale.

Trump is trying to block the ATT/CNN merger for obvious reasons.

But now it gets really interesting because you have this big conservative power house Fox trying to make a deal with a big liberal powerhouse Disney.

Since Fox is synonymous with Trump I don’t see an antitrust movement being entered.

How conservative Fox ever survived in liberal Hollywood to begin with and have employees like Singer and Stacey on their payroll is a book I would love to read one day lol

Yes...well, they are getting ready for the tournament, when they have to deal with Trunks' future, if I remember correctly.

How many episodes are you in on DBS? Ultra Instinct only came around what, like a few months ago? Goku used it against Jiren for the first time, right?

I've seen all 118 episodes so far. Every Sunday I watch a new episode on Funimation for free.

Yes, he was fighting Jiren for the first time in episode 109.

Oh, ok so you know about Hit. I didn't want to spoil his powers. Yeah, he's cool. He had a really cool episode before the Universe Survival began. Episode 71.

From what I know of Zeno, it makes me wonder further about power levels in the DB universe. I mean, since Goku is chummy with him, if a threat stronger then Goku showed up couldn't Goku just get Zeno is help him? That's what happened. Zeno gave Goku a special button that he can use to call him....not necessarily for help, but if Goku uses the button, Zeno instantly shows up. Zeno is too dangerous and unpredictable though.

Yeah sure that’s what it was and Snyder’s daughter suicide was the real reason for his removal.

Different circumstances. Singer himself is fighting back with the stuff about his folks. Snyder never made a statement. The studio made it for him.

Embrace the MCU X-Men

I can't embrace something moronic being made solely for morons. AGAIN, Disney will never give the X-Verse the attention FOX is currently giving it.

I'll make it simple to understand. Just watch DOFP & Then watch Ragnarok right after. HOW ON EARTH can you celebrate going from DOFP to Ragnarok???

That's what this deal would do. Reduce the X-Men to pointless comedy and no stakes that are safe and fun for children everywhere.

Yeah, you dont think, thats exactly the problem..

Comcast operates over-the-air national broadcast network channels (NBC and Telemundo), multiple cable-only channels (including MSNBC, CNBC, USA Network, NBCSN, E!, The Weather Channel, among others), the film production studio Universal Pictures, and Universal Parks & Resorts in Los Angeles, California; Orlando, Florida; and Osaka, Japan. Universal Studios Singapore, one of the four Universal operating theme parks, is wholly owned by Genting Group, and a few new locations such as Universal Studios Beijing are currently under construction or planned in the future.[SUP][15][/SUP]

Regulators wont care. There are other networks they will be competing with. How exactly is that a monopoly?

Re: AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - (May 4, 2018)

I prefer Ragnarok to Apocalypse though. Days of future past was awesome and my Favorite X-Men movie. Great cast and story. I even prefer X-Men 3 to Apocalypse. Such a bad movie

Re: AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - (May 4, 2018)

What the hell else can fox do with them. No one wants to see the x-force or spin offs. They want to see the main heroes. Logan perfectly ended a long lasting franchise. Now it’s time to go into a new direction.

Just because it’s rated R doesn’t mean it’s gonna make the movie better. I’ve been waiting to finally see the xmen fight like the avengers do.

Re: AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - (May 4, 2018)

As has been said many times, in a series consisting of nearly 20 films, and an overall plot threading through them all culminating with Infinity War, you have to throw in a Guardians of the Galaxy or a Thor 3 just to take a break from things. Pretty sure in decades of comics there have been storylines for characters that people didn't like where Marvel was trying to mix things up a little.

Yes, X-Men characters may be thrown into a film like Thor 3, but it would also see plenty of Winter Soldiers too, only for the fact that Marvel would surely plan a long running story with them same as the Avengers.
