With half the universe gone, including most of the 'new guard', the Avengers need more heroes to face the biggest threat yet. This is the perfect opportunity to bring in X-Men and F4 into the fray. But that's likely many years away from happening.

I can't even fathom those three teams on the same big screen together.

i was thinking Avengers 4 could be secret wars or invasion ,, considering the heroes are trapped somewhere or alternate universe.. it could be a complete new storyline, maybe we wont even see Thanos again, he has achieved what he wanted and can design his own reality or multiple realities, he will probably be done with trying to change the universe

Saw this twice over the weekend, seeing it the second time it was actually better! This film is truly something else, Kevin Fiege could quite possibly be one of the single greatest film producers cinema has ever had, I really can't believe how well they stuck the landing on this film, I'll probably see it 5 times before it's out of theaters, truly incredible.

Even though it ended the way it did and we know where they next part is going based on the set photos we've seen it's really the HOW are they going to get there that's intriguing to me. Can't wait to see this story wrapped up next year and my excitement for Captain Marvel is sky high right now.

Anyone think one of the original Avengers is going to sacrifice themselves for the team to get the soul stone before Thanos get's it? I'm guessing either Captain Marvel or Thor will wield the other gauntlet to hold the stones to fight Thanos, I'd like to see it be Thor myself if they go that route

I just hope this movie event carries the weight of loss. I don't want to see all the OG avengers die. But I'm pretty sure Loki, vision, and gamora are done. James Gunn has a slew of female characters for the guardians. Nebula and Mantis are still a go.

They can always introduce Angela also... but probably won't do the whole "Thor has a long lost sister" thing with her.

Maybe Valkyrie will team up with them if she's still alive and if Thor is busy with the Avengers

What happened with the gauntlet in the end, it looks fried or crushed, or something? Are we lead to believe that the gauntlet couldn't withhold the power from wiping out half of the universe's population? If so that's totally lame.

Thats what i've been saying in my spoiler tags. The gauntlet looks destroyed but the stones are fine. The movie shows us that there is still a mold. So my thought that mold might come into play in the future

This is really cool, I can see it playing out like this and have always wanted Tony to be the one to kill him if someone does, it's only right.

I don’t know about anyone else, but when Thanos arrived in Wakanda, and someone (I think Banner) said “that’s him,” I really got that “oh ****, we’re ****ed” feeling.

You know what’s really powerful, as of right now, everything that happened up until the end of IW was for nothing, all the fighting, all the loss, everything that transpired did nothing to stop Thanos, only delay him if anything and still half the Universe is wiped out.

Not only do we get a movie finally bringing everything together, but then it hits you by making the previous stories pointless, talk about going grim.

I don't think the Gauntlet is broken. He was still able to port out of there with the space stone after the snap.
