i hate to keep this thread off track, but i actually caught a program on nike and how they started with jordan and naming shoes after him.
in this program they interviewed a guy that collected nike sneakers and he had an unworn pair of nike/jordans first shoes. i can't recall how much they said that pair of shoes were worth, but i know it was a small fortune.

Yes, please would you quit talking about gym shoe collections while we are talking about my butt plug collection.

I have no doubt that people can find our collectibles silly, as my wife reminds me of that all of the time. However, to cut to the chase, my point was that shoes are for feet and statues are for shelves. I can see how people can collect and display shoes. I'm sure there are people out there who collect and display much more peculiar things.

Yes you got me...a job in the sciences and access to extremely dangerous chemicals on a routine basis is what most would consider "girly". I might need to take up a classically man oriented pursuit like collecting large quantities of shoes that I never plan on wearing

Again, I would like to point out that I actually harness no ill will to anyone and if people are actually trying to make insults directed at any individual I would most definately have to pull out of such a conversation!

How big is the ISM base's "footprint" in relation to the CIM base?

Riz, I just got my ISM and later this month my last Flex payment will be on the CIM, so if no one lets u know by then I'll take some pics.

I should have waited, I like the Black version better don't get me wrong the Red is Cool but the Black version looks more forboding and if you were to get the Black would it have the holes on the back for the arms so if you wanted you could switch them out

There isn't its solid if you look at the pics on SS's site. As it should be. Holes in the back would not only be lazy but completely illogical.

I agree, it should be treated as a whole different piece, just like they did the base with the Doc Oct and Green Gob environment. This would definitely be tacky if they had holes on the back of the BIB.

Its not similar...its identical. This is a repaint of the Iron Spidey! As in...take the exact same sculpt and put different color pain on it. Am I wrong on that?
