Do you drink much piss in order to make that comparison?

I do agree with him ..but i do like the effect it has on me and it tastes less horrible with each pint ..but that could just be down to memory loss:dunno..

If coke or fanta gave the same effect as a pint of beer i'd sooner be drinking one of those:lol

Just tried Belgium's Lindeman Cherry Kriek Lambic beer. Very interesting....doesn't taste much like beer - more like a carbonated sour cherry drink.

We have a cheery beer brewed not far from where I live. Sounds very similar, and I love it. :drink

The raspberry ones are very good jen. Try taking a scoop of lemon sorbet and putting strawberrys and rasberrys on top. Then drizzle the lambic on top of that. It's amazing!

In all due respect to Badmoon's thread or any thread pertaining to certain subject matter, if you're not a fan, don't post in the thread.

This thread is for those who enjoy their :duff .

btw It's official, my favorite beer now is Brooklyn's Black Chocolate Stout.

Funny you should mention Brooklyn Brewery Black Chocolate Stout, Eli. I grabbed a 4-pack when I went on a winter ale run a few weeks ago. Also picked up a Gritty's Christmas Ale, Sebago Slick Nick, Samuel Smith's Winter Welcome, Rock Art Brewery Mountain Holidays in Vermont, and a 6-pack of Sierra Nevada Celebration.

I also got something to ring in the New Year with.

Samuel Adams Infinium. It's a collaboration between the brewers of Weihenstephan and Samuel Adams. It's labeled as a crisp champagne-like beer with fine bubbles and a fruity, spicy aroma.

I would like to recommend Java Head by Troegs. Damn tasty!

That sam Adams thing looks interesting. Do you have to special order that?

They are releasing 15,000 cases in North America and it retails for $19.99

I got mine at Hannaford which is a supermarket chain in New England and upstate New York.

Anyone who may be interested can try here to find a location in your area that has it:

I've got 2 bottles of that in our wine fridge...very tasty stout. I do like Founders breakfast stout better though.

Going to our local Dogfish Head tavern tomorrow night. They found 2 2-year old casks of 120 Minute IPA. I might just spend the night there til Christmas morning.

Oh very nice!

Troegs is right down the street from where I work. I'm in need of a tour. :lecture:rock

As for the Sam Adams Infinium. I found a beer store right down from work that has it. The problem is they only sell it by the case. At $215 guess I won't be trying it. :slap
