Are the Mini Pla sets models? I know the Megazord set says it’s a model needing assembly. Still pretty cool and I’m POing regardless, just wondering if anyone has the other sets like this.

I got the impression this was like those cheap-o plastic Transformers kits you have to put together. They come with a piece of gum so they can be sold as "candy." I have a few of them: they suck.

If these are gum kits it's not gonna look anything like the picture unless you paint it. Awfully expensive for what is basically a trading figure set.

Yup, I read that these come with gum lol.

pretty sure it will be colored plastic and you just assemble the parts to make the figures... like a gundam.

Well if it's anything like the Kabaya Transformers "gum" kits, those are pretty crappy. Yes, they're molded in color but there's no detail. That comes from the terrible ill-fitting stickers.

The TF kits are about 500 yen a piece, usually, and these appear to be around 1000 so hopefully the quality is better. I wouldn't expect Gundam quality though.

I'm still hoping for a reissue of the SOC one. Godsigma just got one (R version/Revival?) so I'm positive that as popular as this was/is, it will happen. I want a second one bad, but I'm nowhere that insane to pay what's being asked right now.

Thats what i am to do with this voltron mini pla, you can leave it custom made but repaint and touch it wayyy up, the megazord would have been too time consuming for me but do able IMHO
