I just finished mine!! Gave up on the lions legs since they kept breaking but satisfied i have it put together!! I repainted everything, learned a lot from its robot form, this model kit is super fragile to say the least.

I don't have any. I was trying to find one at a decent price, stumbled upon this thread saying re-issue.

No news at all yet, but I'll remain positive. Aftermarket prices are ludicrous here in Japan At least what people are ASKING. Don't know if anyone's dumb enough to spend over a grand on this toy though.

Especially since you can get the Toynami Ultimate EX one for retail or under still.

I really like the Toynami Ultimate Ex, but it really is a completely different figure from a design standpoint. I ended up passing on it, just to wait for this re-issue. But it was a tough pass...

Well, considering it can be released in Japan by Bandai as Beast King Go Lion, there shouldn't be any issue at all. I understand they distributed the original in the States, right? They don't HAVE to do that.
