Me too, they played chicken continuously and continuously tapped out, in all commercial and artistic aspects. I can't justify more support for WB.

I can for Snyder though, he's a trooper and at least tries to smuggle in some value in his heavy metal movies, a real professional, I'm sure he'll still find work, hopefully a Mortal Kombat movie or something.

snyder is a good guy. hes a hard worker, friendly, he does have good vision, good style. just needs better writers

I would watch an MK film.

Or a Street Fighter film with Ryu as the main character and Bison as the main villain.

I'll even take a Metal Gear film or God of War film.

God of War is something Snyder can do perfectly.

Mhmm not Metal Gear, I would give Metal Gear to either Michael Bay, or Dennis Villeneuve.

With Bay it would be another The Rock movie, focused on the action and dumb humor of the series, with Villeneuve it would be a cold spy-thriller with lower key slick action, like a whole movie of Medellin from Sicario, except with Snake.

With Bay of course would be a critical flop but it would at least not take itself seriously and would be faithful to those aspects of the game.

With Villeneuve it would be another of his masterpieces.

All in all I don't want an MGS movie.

That doesn't not make him a proficient visual storyteller.
