Yeah, I would mind too, it'd be like taking away the toys once they're done playing with them, I want an expanded universe, and the Arkham-verse is perfect to be the base for it all.
If the Joker is truelly dead then there's no place for Bruce in this series.
Kill him or nor, don't care at this point. There are other Batmen, tell their stories.
If that expanded universe is coming from WB Montreal, then, as far as I'm concerned, they can take their toys and burn them all before they leave.
Well, yeah, I'm not too high on them being able to deliver a game without hand holding either. Doesn't mean you burn down the Castle though.
Other Batmen? I think that one of the points of Knightfall/Quest/End was that it's more than just the suit that makes Batman. Also, Joker is not the end of Batman, it's the struggle with the war that makes him Batman, not a clown in a purple suit.
Both Grayson and McGinnis as Bats were good takes.
I'm not Wayne purist, sorry.
Joker is the essential character for Wayne's Bat, without him the story would require the entire DCU to make things interesting.
Honestly I hope they just reboot after this game. This is Rocksteady's vision for Batman, I wouldn't want anyone else carrying on from here, and with Joker dead, and all the villains of Gotham uniting for what seems to be their last stand to take down Batman, it would become tedious and take away from the games before it if they keep releasing Batman games in this universe.
Rocksteady should be able to do whatever they like with the story and close it out they way they want to, whoever takes over after this should create their own Batman universe, even if it's a soft reboot using the same engine.
I just feel if it's left open, it'll just turn into Assassin's Creed. Rather Batman die and all is good.
Gasp; I cant think of very many people in the MCU that died and came back. I know the whole Spidey Ock thing, Extremis Iron Man, Cap. Most of the time it's a different universe and blank died.
Dc had Todd, Bruce, Queen, Diana, Superman, Aquaman, Jordan, Flash, and a few others that I just blanked out on.
Marvel Comics? You're kidding? Jean grey, I've lost count how many times, Mr. Sinister, Sabretooth, Cannon Ball, Colossus and The Punisher...and that's off the top of my head.

In the comics everybody comes back from the dead, Marvel and DC alike, if they're popular they're coming back, the most recent ones are Deadpool, Wolverine and Batman.Gasp; I cant think of very many people in the MCU that died and came back. It absolutely is. A swift death is preferable to what will happen if the enemy get their hands on you.
They don't have to keep releasing Batman games, just keep the universe canon, expand it, and bring other characters and their games.Honestly I hope they just reboot after this game.
