Not to sound like a perv... but the 'jiggle' physics on Harley were very... noticeable.
:monkey4

I kinda see the resemblance...at least compared to Arkham City and Arkham Origins

Having played and loved Asylum and City, I hate to admit it but I'm finding this really dull and tedious. It's just Batmobile, Batmobile, Batmobile.

I hate
how they have forced Joker back into it

and the hand to hand battle before the Arkham Knight reveal (on hard) was nearly impossible against the ninjas.

This game has felt like a drag and a chore to play through.

It's kinda amazing that even tho they've redesigned all characters just for this game...
All females still look like clones with very-very subtle variations.

Just you. :lol

I don't know, I think the differences between Harley, Ivy, and Selina were pretty noticeable.

Definitely many Superman reference in the game which makes you wonder if RS is yanking your chain. So far it's Lex and Superman that are confirmed to exist in the Arkhamverse. And Otis, for some unexplained reason. :lol

I ****ing love that they have "Otisburg" in this game. I chuckled when I first saw it. The sad thing is, though, that there's probably a whole generation of gamers who don't even understand that reference.

I have finished the game. I would like to express my likes and dislikes.
First of all, this is NOT the best game in the series. That title belongs to Arkham City.

Likes:
-Joker brought back in a pretty clever way.
-Rain.
-Batsuit looks great.
-Riddler challenges.
-Dual combat is fun. Made me long for co-op.
-I like the GCPD. The evidence room and lockup are a fun distraction.
-Flashbacks are powerful.

Dislikes:
-Can't play as Catwoman, Robin, Nightwing, Azrael... anyone!
-No Challenge Maps.
-Lack of villains. For a city, supposedly full of villains... there's 12 of them. 12.
-Batmobile is easily the worst thing to happen to Batman since Michael Shoemaker. I have never became so frustrated with an Arkham game. Not only is there a frustration factor... it just feels out of place. The tank battles felt more like Terminator...
-Scarecrow was wasted. The hallucinations, while teased in the beginning, took a back seat to story. Not even a boss battle? And at the end of all it... you simply lock him away? As someone who nearly destroyed the state with fear... I half expected Scarecrow to go out on a much grander note.
-Arkham Knight identity. Rocksteady swore up and down that the character was 100% new. Yep...
-Female character models... all looked the same. A massive step down from City.
-I found myself missing Joker thugs and TITAN monsters. These militia guys are boring...
-The city is SO bright. So many lights. Colors. I expected a darker Gotham. More bleak. Maybe a minor nitpick here...
-Harley, Two-Face, Penguin were the FIRST villains teased. And they were equally wasted.
-The ending. What a stupid idea. As soon as he opens his mouth, his cover is once again blown.

Honestly, the game is disappointing. It feels like Rocksteady moved too far away from their roots. It feels... commercial. Like it's just another cash grab or pointless sequel. I don't feel the love I felt with the first two games. And honestly, I have to give it a low rating.
6.5/10

I sincerely hope someone else takes on the Arkham series. I can't see Origins getting any more sequels unfortunately.

i'm like 75% done with the main story and I have yet to encounter a single boss fight yet...... Kinda disapointed with that and the lack of Challenge maps that you can only use Batman... Only 3 combat maps wtf were they thinking... But I do agree I feel the damn Batmobile is fn' forced down your throat for the entire game....

The boss fights in Origins were pretty awesome, Bane, Firefly, Deathstroke, Copperhead, they all had memorable fights, I just think Bane was a little over played in Origins, I think you fought him three times? Other than that the game doesn't get any complaints from me.
I agree. Some people did not like AO. But I find it really sayisfying. I even liked the Electrocutioner boss fight even though he was very easy to beat. I laughed by the way he trash talked and Batman knocked him out with one single kick in the jaw.

If I fall off a roof one more time with this slippery batmobile i'm stabbing my PS4. :lol

But still an incredibly fun game so far.

The game is very different than the other three. Where the other games were: work your way to a building, spend 2-3 hours in said building taking out enemies and using gadgets. This game is more GTA mission style gameplay. The gadgets have taken a back seat and so has the "challenge rooms" in the main story.

It is a great game, I'm enjoying it, the story is strong. I think Rocksteady purposely went away from the original formula...because it has been done twice by them and they're probably sick of it. We have three great batman games to play from Rocksteady.

I'm enjoying the batmobile a lot, again the story is fantastic and the gameplay is nonstop fun.

You know I'm really hoping Rocksteady either does a upgrade to the other two games they did, and even montreal does for origins, to put them on the current gen systems or since I have an Xbox they agree to allow for the backwards compatibility. I'd absolutely love to just play through all the games with out having to bust out other systems to do it.

The season pass is advertised here as new content every month for the next six months, so there is a lot coming via dlc. I hope it's challenge and combat maps and other playable characters.

84% done in total. Red Hood story, Harley story, Riddler challenges, Penguin Most Wanted, and fire men rescue is all i have left. Then just need to get two more stars on the AR challenges to get the achievement for 46 stars.

My DLC wishlist is one DLC pack per month, each including one new story, one most wanted mission, a few AR challenges and five skins. For $40 I expect a lot.

Hopefully we get stories for Batgirl, Azrael mission against the order of St Dumas, Nightwing in Bludhaven, Bane or Killer Croc, Scarecrow fear gas mission, and Deathstroke villain mission.

I just discovered a widespread glitch, at least on PS4- if you change skins during story mode, the damage effects will be disabled even if you change it back to the default skin. I was wondering why my Batman was pristine by the end of the story, so that explains it. If you care about the aesthetics of the gradual battle damage like in the previous games, DO NOT change skins on your first playtrough.
