You mean chunkier.

:exactly:

I took it as Gotham is essentially a warzone. He is going for more armor for maximum protection. In the original Arkham game they had an armored costume he could wear as an alternate. :dunno

But to me he looks like a big fatso in Origins. The AA Armored suit was just heftier than the standard.

That trailer was ****ing amazing.

Not feeling the new at all suit though....

Also wish we hot a look a scarecrow

The AC Armored Suit also seems the same.
It makes perfect sense for Batman to go with an armored suit cause we all know he has switched to heavier duty suits for some matters. If we get alternate suits with different in-game functions, that would be interesting.

That trailer really wowed me. Loved everything except the new suit. So is this a sequel to origins or city?

I still don't like the idea nor do I even get what you're aiming at. Or why Affleck should be in everything. I don't hate the guy but leave him in the movies, it's what he was chosen to do.

I think he is saying he would like to see the Arkham Asylum/city suit used in the Movie, not the other way around.

They would never do a faithful transition to film from the simple comic outfit. It looks great in Batman: Dead-End, but studios want to **** it up with the busy look.

Eh, that'd be fine but they already have a new suit designed apparently, which is an entirely different design.

He was a little hefty in Origins. He doesn't look too big here, but then again we never get a great look at him. It looks like Azrael's prediction is coming true though. Gotham is screwed. I mean Penguin is openly giving out weapons on the street. He's not even pretending to be a legit businessman any longer.

Yeah that was the idea, and I think the Origins suit was even made up of multiple pieces. So you're right, it is weird.I still don't like the idea nor do I even get what you're aiming at. Yeah, I only meant I hope Affleck's costume is similar to the Arkham costumes. Not that I want him voicing the character. I love Kevin Conroy. If they could get him to dub all the old batman movies I would be down with that. I want him to stay the voice of Batman as long as he wants the role.

I don't like the new suit one bit, nor the batmobile, both are overkill, looks too much like Nolan, not even origins was that skewed to "realism".

Having said that, I know it will be great anyway.

The game looks like that turf war mini-series in the comics where Stephanie Brown as Robin dies (later retconned) though I think it may take inspiration from No Man's Land, hard to say.

Yeah you're right, Asylum opens up with a full view of him and City as well but Origins not so much. Gotham being screwed is pretty awesome though, I was hoping for something bigger >.> they uped the ante in City, why not do it even higher now?

As for Conroy, ok I misunderstood I guess, my bad, but I'm curious as to the new costume.

:yess:This looks amazing! I am a grown man, trying not to squeal with excitement at work. I must have the special edition of this game. It may be the first game i buy twice. Once on XBOX360 to complete the trilogy on the system I started it on, and again on Next gen.

HT can skip the Arkham Asylum figs, and make figs from this one!!

This game will NOT be on the previous gen, it seems.

The turf war mini was called War Games. Black Mask was the main villain behind that one. He's the one who killed Steph. It was also the world got a great look at Batman. He was videoed bringing a girl out of her school in broad daylight after a school shooting or something. I need to reread the mini. No Man's Land is the fallout from the giant earthquake that basically destroys Gotham.

I really enjoyed the trailer and it really got me amped up. My body is ready!!!

Seriously, though. This just upped the ante for my getting into Next-Gen. That trailer was magnificent, and I'm glad that we have a (relatively) firm release date. All that being said, I'm patiently awaiting the moment some kindhearted soul posts scans of the GameInformer article so we can get a good look at the actual game.

Arkham Knight takes place a year or so after Arkham City.. and remember what Calendar Man told Catwoman?

"I'll be seeing you kitty cat, this year or next.."

:panic::panic::panic:

AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
