Very pleased they're re releasing the Bermejo Joker. Will definitely be getting him and the Mignola Batman.

Just got this guy in the mail. My first 2nd edition and I am quite pleased with the result.

I used to own the first edition (as well as Miller's, crouching Lee's, Jones', Bisley's, Bolland's, Risso's... I wish I did not sell them all) and based on my memories, I like the new one better. The cape and suit have a mat finish, as opposed to the "shiny" finish of the first one. The cape is also a flat black, no more grey highlights. And I like the white base and the oval batsymbol, although I wish they kept the style they advertised on the prototype. This one might look a bit too neat for Sale's style.

Next re-ed I get will be Mignola's. I might also go for Risso's and I sure hope we will have a new Mazzucchelli soon.

Something new, I found that a Tony Millionaire B&W is been release this June (2015), apparently is an exclusive (Batman Black & White by Tony Millionaire Statue EE Exclusive - DC Collectibles - Batman - Statues at Entertainment Earth).

So now I'm curious, do you guys know if there are/were other B&W exclusives? I'm not a big fan of con exclusives, mostly because I usually like them, but I can rarely afford them.

I really don't like the whole "exclusive" idea when this whole line has gone without. I remember when the Mignola statue first was released. I thought it was the best in the line,gorgeous, and best translation of 2D to 3D art. I bought it immediately. People thought he was hideous. It's still one of the best in the line. When I look at this Tony Millionaire statue, I feel that it's hideous. Watch the same thing happen with this one as with Mignola's.

Same here. Been trying to scoop a Timm statue on Ebay but there's no point at the prices they reach. Hoping for a 2nd edition also.

I agree. Two-face would be so perfect for this line, either Timm or Matt Wagner. Would also love to see Timm's Ventriloquist, one of my favorite villains also ignored in statue form.

I think they're off to a good start. Batman B&W obviously had a good head start. Looking forward to see where those lines go.

Now, let's get a Two-Face!

I really don't think the Detolfs are the best way to display these as they really need individual room to be properly appreciated. I wish I had the space. I recently picked up many for the statues I passed on including some of the villains which I think look great especially, the Jim Lee Joker. I also think the Cheeks Galloway statue is really underrated. I have only 14 missing from the complete set, but my 2 Detolfs are already getting full and I have Francis Manapul, Dave Johnson, Ivan Reis, Bryan Hitch and Tony Millionaire on pre-order I am also getting the Lee Bermejo Joker and the D'anda as well. I have no idea where I will put them. That said, if anyone has a Cliff Chiang statue they want to get rid of please let me know.

Correction, great pic! Use the space ya got. Gonna have 6 statues per space in my Detolf. I have a clear riser in mind to boost the characters in back.
