I agree the HT version is the best Keaton thing we've seen thus far. I hope HotToys improves on it when they do the Batman Returns version.

Also, can't do anything about the PERS system really, but... if you really wanna fix that cape problem... just google ole' Tony Mei. He made a perfect replacement cape that'll only set you back about $40 US.

Haha...I am already a proud and satisfied Tony Meis customer for my 1/6 Keaton Bats. I will probably soon buy a custom cape from him for my 1/4 HT Bale.

That pic from the actual movie? Wow the cowl looked poorly made back then. Never noticed that. Great movie tho.

As far as the 1/6 figures being dolls. IDC what people call them. I just know I would get bored real quick with a fixed pose statue. I prefer to change the look very few weeks.

I have a feeling its going to be a gadget hand too, but it wouldn't really make sense for him to whip out one of his gadgests while walking down the stairs of the Batcave. So I'm hoping its something else.

It was always gonna happen as soon as SS started putting out PF versions of things that were previously only HT. Can you imagine what its gonna be like when SS put out the first pic of their Nolan Bat PF? Fortunately for me I'm not getting any Nolan figs.

I was very anti Hot Toys "dolls" too, until I got my first one (a Joss Wheadon autographed Thor from Avengers. I met him while I was buying it at forbidden planet in London a few months back !) and now I am a believer. I have chosen a pose for him and now he looks like the most detailed 1/6 statue I ever owned.

Anyway... I think Keaton looks awesome! I am thinking about getting him, since I LOVE the base and pose. Like he is just walking down into the cave.
And thats coming from someone who fiercly hates the Burton interpretation of Batman (homicidal gothic Batman? No thank you), thats saying a lot. The head turn doesn't bother me one bit, but again I don't care about it being accurate. Its just a really badass looking Batman to me.

Funny how you choose one of the ugliest HT figures ever as an example.
