I watched the film multiple times and never noticed phallic imagery or any of the sexual parallels.

This guy feels a lot of it was intentional. I find a lot of what he's saying to be ridiculous, but can't deny he's very intelligent! I don't buy a lot of it and think he's ignoring certain aspects for his narrative, but I appreciate thoughtful analyses no matter how outlandish they are to me.

I wanna know, what's wrong with dark? Why has that become a problem all of a sudden. I want a serious crime drama, those are the best! This dark quality to the movie is the only negative thing I've heard about this teaser. Erm the dark knight trilogy was pretty grim and those were brilliant

Man of Steel was a visually stunning movie. Great art design there. I think it's one of the few things you cannot argue about this film. That colour grading changed it to a horrible orange/teal transformers mess.

That was beautiful. Very insightful, whether it was all intended in the film or not.
