Not just the whites. The whole black areas of the mask have tracking dots, so they'll be able to let him squint and do all those Deadpooly things you associate with him.

Both, there was a mask that had no white eyes, just the regular holes and various tracking dots for CGI stuff, like Batfan says, they're gonna be doing the expressive cartoony eyes from the comicbook.

But there's also a mask with just the white eyes, I'm guessing that one will be for fast shots and other stuff.
