Of course it's a cluster****, it's a 3 line summary of an already abridged plot :lol

The only accurate parts in DiFabio's summary were the Batman thinks Supes is bad/punches and vice versa and Batman/Superman being friends because of Luthor.

Doomsday doesn't feel shoehorned at all, Aquaman is barely in it, Wonder Woman shows up as Diana through most of the thing, Jimmy Olsen != Lt. Dan.

Although it is probably fake, I don't think Aquamomoa shot any scenes for this movie, or at least there weren't any rumors about it.

If Avengers had a good villain and good plot devices.

How DARE you.

Everything I said was true, from a certain point of view!

I completely disagree :lol I like the film, but Zod was not a great villain, maybe a good character, but definitely not a great villain, imo.

He was a bit like movie Magneto. Doing what he thinks must be done to help his people.

Superman II Zod just wanted to rule.

But I thought MOS Zod was fleshed out well. Prolly the best villain of the modern comic book flicks.

Marvel has a good Iron Monger and Winter Soldier. And that's about it.

:goodpost:

I just want a film that delves into a rich character study by contrasting Batman and Superman, Bruce Wayne and Luthor, Luthor and Superman. Is that too much to ask?

Wonder Gadot and Aqua-Thor will no doubt ruin this dynamic. If they're on screen for more than a minute, I will get butt blasted and the theater will overflow with my tears.

I thought Zod was a good character, but I hate that he gets beat up by Jor El within the first 10 minutes of the film, then he gets beat up again when he fights Sups for the first time. I feel that they made him look weak, which is why I prefer Feora. I think Zod getting beat up early in the film took away from the final fight, because by the time we get to the last fight, he has a losing record and he isn't much of a physical threat. I don't get why they chose to have Jor El beat Zod? He's a general and a warrior!!

No love for Mein Red Skull?

I found him meh, like the rest of First Avenger after Rogers get his steroids.

Not worried one bit on Supes, Bats and WW being well done. My main interest is in Aquaman. Growing up with Super Friends he was always the weak link. But with this barbarian of a guy playing him, he is interesting for once.
