Wut

not even close, Arnold as Conan was perfect.

I love CTB, but Momoa was a perfect Robert E. Howard Conan. He was quick and intelligent, something that Arnolds lacked. Conan would also never have been a slave to a wheel for 20 years nor sob like a baby at the foot of Thulsa Doom.

Destroyer was closer to Howard stories.

I like Destroyer. No where as good as Barbarian but it's still 80s adventure fun. The characters keep it watchable throughout.

You guys are ****ing nuts. :lol

Destroyer. :cuckoo:

I need to rewatch that crap for a good lolz. :lol

Naw, you just jumped on the 'me too' crowd. :lol

How could you not like Conan taking on Andre the Giant?

It's a fun swords and sandals flick. Sure it has some silly stuff, but all adventure movies do.

Arnold looked his best in Destroyer, and I prefer the look of the character in that film.

Agree.

I want a figure of this. Not not KP tossed together. :lol

Destroyer pulled a "Gyro Captain" by having the warhammer guy from CTB come back to play a different villain. Now that I think of it Henry Kingi also played different thugs in both Predator and Predator 2.

Screwy 80's with different characters in a single series played by the same people. :lol

Every character has a definitive look, regardless of the quality of the film, and for me and a lot of people, when they think of Conan, this is the image of the character that best represents the character, imo. There's a reason they use this pic on posters and dvd covers, even for the Barbarian film.
