He looks awesome with the movements in the Cathedral, like he's scanning for the Joker in the darkness. The funniest one is where he looks up in the alley way though. :lol

Truth be told, I'm claustrophobic too. I'd probably lose my **** in those suits. Not sure how he could handle being strapped and bolted into that thing, especially with the cowl being glued and permanently affixed to the torso.

They need to do a special edition and edit that belt from falling with some CGI magic. While they're at it, fix the Joker's neck with the purple polish smear.

Ben Affleck's armored Batsuit in 'Batman v Superman' is all CGI - Batman News

The December issue of Total Film has some interesting news about the armored Batsuit in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. According to the magazine, to ensure that Ben Affleck had the agility he needed while in the armored Batsuit, it was created using CGI. Affleck had to wear a motion capture suit which he called “visual effects pajamas” and “the most humiliating, ridiculous thing in the world.”

“You can move freely, and they can put [the suit] on digitally… It’s a little more humiliating to wear, but it’s easier for the digital effects guys. You can see who the priority is,” Affleck joked.

This is a little surprising news since Warner Bros. built a physical version of the armored Batsuit and brought it to events like Comic-Con. I guess it makes sense though, the suit is HUGE, and it’s hard to imagine Affleck being able to act in it.

Some of the suits in Man of Steel, including General Zod’s costume, were also CGI. But my biggest complaint about Man of Steel was that the fight scenes looked like two video game characters. The CGI didn’t look real. Producer Deborah Snyder helped ease my concerns that this would happen again in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. “We were able to do some much more with the digital doubles in Batman v Superman than we could do before, and that wasn’t that long ago,” she explained to Total Film.

Of course the armored suit is CGI! Geeezz people you think anyone could move around let alone fight in that thing? All the IM suits are CGI and much less bulky but still...

Well, not always. In Iron Man 1 and 2, the actor really wore the suit in some scenes, like the party scene when he's drunk and playing DJ. I thought the closeup shots of Battfleck's face and helmet were real, but it's not...not even the rain.

Yeah and the suit in those scenes looked huge, bulky and very inarticulate- very clunky compared to the CGI version

is anyone taking this rumor serious that Ben isn't actually playing Bruce Wayne Batman but instead playing the deathstroke version of Batman and this film is actually film 5 in the Nolanverse batman series, hence why the s is removed from VS and it's just a V, as in 5. I thought it was interesting but there's no way Ben would sign up to play a non Bruce Wayne batman, I just don't see that.

Hadn't heard of that until now, but no. Takiing the s off of Vs. is kinda silly though. Makes it look like a lawsuit. Batman V. Superman. Trying to think of what he would sue Superman for and coming up blank. I got nothin.

I thought it was a cool theory before reading the guy's reasoning, but you're right, it's hard to think Ben would sign to not play Bruce Wayne.
