You know, in this thread, even if the film ends up being the greatest masterpiece ever (and, no, I don't believe it will be), they'll keep saying it is bad, not to loose face.

Some people just like to watch the world burn!:lol

I give credit where its due...nothing wrong with being mistaken....

I hope I am wrong.....I would love a great movie....we get so few.

Confirmation bias is the problem.

Anything cinematic that has ever had Batman in it has turned out good in one way or another.

Yes, that includes B&R.

B&R is known as the worst YET it is still worth watching for the incredible lolz.

The one I actually have the hardest time sitting thru though is BF.

BvS won't be any different, something good will come out of this movie

Yes, that's how cool Batman is.

We have to agree to disagree about BF vs B&R jye4ever.

I'll be paying attention to the score on Rotten Tomatoes for BvS before I buy a ticket. If they get above 75% from the critics then I'll probably see this in theaters.

Anybody who has seen B&R all the way through is okay in my book, not because the movie is good, but because it shows near super human resolve and determination.

I am but a mere mortal and couldn't make it through more than 20 minutes.

Half of the ost is pretty meh but the other half is great, lots of vestigial Fury Road in there, love that.
Yeah there's a lot of ambient and atmosphere parts in the songs, but the meaty parts are pretty good. I'd say it's about the same ratio as the Mad Max ost. I could keep half of the songs and delete the other half, which is what I do with most soundtracks, only a handful I keep complete, but I'm still exploring it.
I'd say 80% of it is garbage.
Parts of Hopeman's theme inserted into most tracks which is annoying.
Luthor's theme is nice but stands out too much.
Batman's theme is ok but short and repetitive.

There's nothing even remotely close to the awesomeness of JXL's "Brothers In Arms" or Zimmer's "Like A Dog Chasing Cars". Lackluster and uninspired soundtrack overall.

Yeah, can't say I disagree with that review, I know osts tend to maintain an motiff, but the motiffs here feel kinda random, and the soundtrack is very derivative of MoS, not in a good way, in a boring way, it does feel a tad uninspired.

MoS soundtrack was way better, but I think there's a lot to salvage in this soundtrack, and judging from the trailers, musicalization is very sporadic and localized, if that makes sense? Like when Superman lands on the rooftop "DUN DUUUUUN", if that's the case, overall I'd assume the score should hold up pretty well on screen.

Still only seen it once since the cinema. 1998 was probably the last time I saw it.

C'mon boys, it's the big budget version of the 1966 show, although the 66 did have more charm.

Bat credit card, never leave home without it.

OK. Well if you want to pay my bills and fix things around my house and go to the hospital with my wife if she happens to go into labor, then yeah I'll definitely go.

:rotfl I think some of Gaspar's sassy responses have rubbed off on me.
