That's good to hear.

I hope that I will eventually have a similar experience to that of your friend.

He still made it a point to nudge me when the Knightmare scene came up and whisper how terrible the fight choreography was and roll his eyes when Clark talks to Pa, Lois goes to get the spear, the "Martha" moment, and Aquaman's video pops up (and at the logos for all the JL members on the screen), but he did say that it actually made a hell of a lot more sense, now, and, all in all, his reception to everything was pretty positive, considering how much he hated this movie since March.

Yeah, I just finished watching it and I loved it. It's definitely the best way to watch it.

...I'm just disappointed they decided to hold more cool Affleck Batman scenes off for the extended cut.

I love that shot on the security camera, when you just see his silhouette and those white eyes as he swoops down and devours that security guard with his cape.

I saw the extended cut in the theater last night. The pacing was way better and the story was more coherent, but I was exhausted by the end of it. I really have no desire to buy the film cause I don't think I'll ever watch it again
