I bought the Ultimate Cut through Comcast On Demand and just got done watching it.


If anything, the movie is worse. Still like it, but overall it is a bad movie.

Badly pieced/edited, jumps around, over complicated plot, half the movie could have been taken out. Lots of head scratching stuff that made no sense. Awkward music choices. To much Lois.

Attack of the Clones handled the love scenes better.....

Still like it though.

So a longer mess? I wonder which version I should show my dad since he doesn't like long movies. The theatrical cut is long anyways, so what's another 30 minutes if the story flows better and Luthor's plan makes more sense.

Yeah, that is my opinion of it. Still like it, but honestly the extra scenes made no true difference to me. Maybe I just forgot what scenes were in the theaterical release to the UC. But I really don't know which extra scenes make the story "flow better" and "better explains" Luthor's plot. I would like to know which specific scenes, because I am stumped.

Get the iTunes version, it has both versions for the price of one digital hd movie. What's funny is that with watching this movie with a person who didn't understand the first cut was like dang they added more scenes? First thing she brought up was like oh Hey I get the desert scene more than anything
