I absolutely agree with the Goyer ribbing, but, at the same time, I think people are starting to mix his own personal BS with the movie. Particularly when WB and DC are seemingly starting to phase him out. As for the title, I think people could have fun with it, but I don't think it warrants all the hate it's getting, particularly when it's such a non-issue. Be honest with me, now, when "Captain America:The First Avenger" came out, how many people that you know called it anything other than "Captain America?"
Same situation. People have been calling this Batman vs. Superman since that logo popped up on screen at SDCC last year. I doubt they're going to stop any time in the next few years. I'll admit that the Affleck stuff was a nice change of pace, but I've never been so overwhelmed by the amount of hatred for something that people haven't even seen yet as I have been in this thread. The casting announcements, the title, low res set pics of Gadot that add nothing of merit. It's like people genuinely want to hate this film, and it's entirely puzzling to me.
