Supposedly there was an issue years ago where Captain Marvel had to have new comics in order for DC to hold onto his rights. I wouldn't think the new proposed movie would have much to do with that issue, but maybe it does?

Don't think so, the original copyright feud was with Fawcett comics, around the time Marvel came up with their own Cap Marvel, and that's why they changed the name to Shazam, don't know the details but Fawcett comics no longer exists, so who would they lose the rights to?

I heard that after Superman III WB had to make another movie about "Evil Superman" within 30 years to retain the rights which is why they rushed to get MoS released in 2013.

For those looking the upgrade their MoS figures, I think the original Arnold body is now more appropriate.

Why, do the new wrists bend in more realistic neck snapping poses? I hadn't heard that about the new Arnold figures.

It seems they had to pad the suit some more in order to not make him look small compared to Affleck Batman suit.

The tweaks (not twinks) look great, definately an improvement.

I even like the square buckle, he can store his drivers license and daily planet id card in there, makes sense to me.

He looks more bad *** than MOS.
