Epic fail by WB. If they were going for "gritty and realistic." We should've seen some "Kal-El is the anti-Christ," or "Metropolis is doomed," or "Zod hates ***s" signs.

If you're going to picket Superman, shouldn't you do it at the UN, or the Lincoln Memorial, not at some City Hall in Podunk County? I guess $250 million doesn't buy much nowadays.

I wonder if - as part of the evolving narrative regarding Hope(less)Man, while out on a stroll through the Metropolis streets one sunny day, & bunch of kids run past him & throw eggs at him.
I'm guessing that wouldn't end well for them (SNAP!!!)..
