The art on Volume 38 looks like it's been done digitally. I wonder if this is a new thing Miura will start doing?

I have had a feeling for a few years now that in the future there could be a clash of Griffith's forces against the magic users of the island (it was mentioned years ago the island is inhabited by such beings) and Guts' little posse. Perhaps anyway...

Griffith may seem untouchable but I don't think the prospect of magic users posing a threat should be slept on considering how urgently he wanted Flora killed. I get the impression Miura was trying to tell us that magic users are not to be messed with. I expect some hax level **** from them.

We've know for some time that Magic > Physical and that's all Apostles are. Guts probably has one more powerup in store, probably the armor strengthened and the Beast of Darkness under control.

They fixed the proportions on Guts. Very happy about that. Also good that the arms are PVC now.

Definitely getting both Guts and Skull Knight. Here's hoping they make Griffith down the line.

It looks like they went back to the first head from prototype.
Not sure if they changed the arm/elbow material. looks same to me.
Pants folds look better around crotch area. Maybe they upgraded the base body.

That guts fig looks good. So much better than the prototype. Considering getting it... But most definitely getting that Skull Knight!

I think I prefer the head sculpt in the promo vs the latest....the rest of the figure looks really great though. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for the inflames guts. I like skull knights weapons but the rest just doesn't really excite me like I thought it would

Promo's head is WAY too small.

Yes I think the promo head looked out of scale too but I like the look of the face, the latest head looks like it's kind of stretched to me

I think the new one looks closer to the artwork, but still could be better.

Real hyped for threezero. I love my medicom but I look at the threezero and I'm digging the manga style and blood on the armor.

That's my main gripe with the Medicom, that it looks flat. I thought the Medicom was better, but the changes to the threezero turned me around. The girl hips and extra tiny head turned me off. Not to mention it had rubber arms initially.

i think the threezero sculpt is awful, doesnt remind me of the art in manga at all.

wish the medi ver didnt have the cloak staining prob or it would be a must. medicom make such amateur mistakes but do nail anime/manga sculpts

Yeah the staining is pretty unacceptable, especially in this age of high end toys.

I still prefer the medicom and if inflames ever makes their figure it'll be tops. This 3z looks interesting but I think medi is still better. Isn't thei arm on 3z still some kind of silicone or rubber? Like the turtles right?

I'm kidding. I think 3A is doing great job and trying to make it good.
I can't wait for the SkullKnight as well!
