Bespin Luke 12" figure

Wow, It's absolutely perfect now! It looks like both the pockets on the jacket and trousers have been made smaller, some seam detail has been added on the pockets, both the jacket a trousers have been closer fitted, and the collar is now accurate to the source material.

Sideshow kicks much ass!

I can't wait to get mine now. If the product looks as good as the prototype then this will easily be my favorite Star Wars figure in my collection.

The costuming is perfect but after seeing Andy's Luke sculpt I would have rathered that one then what we have......oh well. I can't wait to get mine!

Yeah I'm of the same opinion. Andy's sculp had some intensity to it. This one is an amazing sculpt don't get me wrong, but I do prefer Andy's.

I liked the rounded ends of the pockets, it was nicer and movie accurate. Maybe it's something they could put back during production.

Based on what we had asked for in terms of "fixes", and what we got, Sideshow not only nailed this one, they went several extra miles to make this thing awesome.

Heres a comparison of the new pic from Sideshow (on the left) and what we had suggested a couple of weeks back (on the right). The only thing I can see that we "lost" is the curve on the bottom of the pockets. But given the scale, that's a trivial detail to live without, and it would be nearly impossible to mass produce.

He looks great. So glad I ordered this one. He is still my favorite version of Luke. I can't wait for him to arrive. Christmas I hope?????

I'll take it too. That's what I ordered. And be happy.

But I wouldn't mind them taking a cue from the "fixes" on Luke and maybe addressing the short dress and choosing an alternate material that better represents.
