I love On Her Majesty's Secret Service, one of the best and most underrated Bond films ever.
It is. But still, I must ask: wtf?

The latest one was the most emotional for me. Wrath of Khan, Undiscovered Country, First Contact and Star Trek are all fighting for the top spot of the series for me.
(I also have a soft spot for that one with George Lazenby.)
I'm a bit of a nemesis apologist. I'm sure I'm alone on this, but I don't care. To me, it's nowhere near as bad as all the critics and trekkers make it out to be. It ain't great, but it is pretty watchable, unlike insurrection, which is a tedious yawnfest and the villains are absolute rubbish.
QFT, I couldn't agree more and trust me, you are NOT alone there.
Nemesis wasn't shakespeare but it wasn't meant to be. I enjoyed it for what it was, in spite of it's flaws. Of course, having a hot girl sitting next to you in the theatre when you watch it doesn't hurt lol
the only thing better than watching a movie with a hot girl... is watching porn with a hot girl.

Sorry, but I'm a Bond fan and I've only seen the Trek movies once, so indulge my OT quote...
I think OHMSS is great as well. It's been years since I've read the books, but as I recall this is the movie that is closest to the book as well.
More on topic, you guys are really making me want to look into the Next Generation movies.
One thing i really hated about the Trek movies was how they reused the destruction scene of Changs BOP in ST: Generations, and i am sure they did it a few times on DS9 and maybe TNG.
Yeah that was very cheap of them. Surely Trek had the money to make a new explosion sequence.
For some reason that reminds of something very stupid in Star Trek IV - the 'court' scene in the beginning where they somehow have the footage of the Enterprise self destructing in Star Trek III, the very same footage we the movie-viewing audience originally saw. I mean...what was their explanation for that?? Were they really suggesting that there happened to be cameras floating in space in that exact location around Genesis to capture the Enterprise' destruction from every spectacular angle?
I keep trying to convince the wife of that but she won't bite. She insists on watching it when I'm not around
