Actually guess what is going to happen with Reva?

Can anyone guess?

Duhhhhhh

The same thing that happened with Hayden, the kids growing up with Reva are going to worship her 20 years from now lol

What a vicious vicious cycle SW exists in lol

SW celebration 2042 fans will be chanting REVA REVA REVA!!
Good Lord, make it stop.

I think my personal issue with the Reva character is that we've seen an amazing inquisitor story already that followed many of the same beats- BUT had far more emotion in those beats, as well as that character's ability as an antagonist. By ability, I mean rationality- reasonableness for an audience member to connect to. Reva is unreasonable from episode 1 on because she consistently screws up in front of the Grand Inquisitor and gets no repercussions. She literally stabs him in episode 2- so now he is incompetent by proxy.

Compare this to the Second Sister's portrayal in Jedi Fallen Order. She is a cunning warrior, she consistently appears one step ahead of Cal and the crew. She is clever, from the moment we meet her she is a villain we are terrified of. AND THEN we get her absolutely tragic backstory on top of it all (which I very much doubt Reva's could compare). Her arc makes more sense and she is just simply a better version of Reva in every way.

If I had to say my biggest problem- it's that Kenobi is just likely repeating this redemptive arc, but without the emotional weight that the Second Sister had. The seeds were planted in the first scene in Episode 1 for Reva so I'm already preparing for her redemption. With the Second Sister, she was allowed to be threatening and menacing from moment one- and she never acts dumb for plot armour reasons like Reva does. Not checking Owen's mind, yet screaming in his face, is one of those scenes that can't be erased from my mind now, it's just so dumb.

I personally have enjoyed this show overall thus far, but that reminder that a very recent video game followed this arc far more effectively is difficult to accept.

The last person I thought we'd see in BOBF was freaking Grogu so I'm sure Palps, Ahsoka, and everybody else will show up in this. Episode 5 will probably be nothing but showing how Grogu escaped Order 66, lol. Dear Lord please don't let it be freaking Reva that saved him...

Grogu going to force choke Reva right as she about to defeat Kenobi, giving Obi Wan the defensive advantage he needs to chop Reva in half.

Don't panic Reva fans, she comes back in the new trilogy Kathleen Kennedy just announced with mech legs more angry than ever.

Yeah, her sparing Kumail after reading his mind proved without a doubt that they don't want her to be "too evil" prior to her redemption. I mean hell two episodes in and the only person this "villain" has killed is another villain! We already know the lady with the hand will be modded up in no time and better than new, lol.

Freaking Cassian was more of a villain than this supposed badass. :slap

Reva is going to have a change of heart, everyone knows this already. She will not get chopped or choked. She will ultimately help Obi-Wan accomplish whatever it is he's supposed to be doing.

She will sacrifice herself or become 'ronin' of sorts. Maybe she'll join up with Boba Fett's idiots.

I wonder if they'll just ignore the "learner" comment from ANH completely and allow Vader to have the upper hand against Kenobi so that Reva can sacrifice herself in order to allow him to escape back to Tatooine. End credits.

Yes, of course. Because Disney doesn't really care about the past.

Deepfake Alec Guinness: "Obi-Wan? Now that's a name I haven't heard since the last time I dueled Darth Vader which was...[turns to the camera and gives a double thumbs up]...YESTERDAY!

Honestly though, think how ANH has been bastardized and retconned for years now. Ever since Empire actually.
