Star Wars has been a uniquely odd series from the beginning in that respect.

With the PT, however, Lucas introduced the Roger Rogers so the Jedi could slice and dice without offending anyone (apart from Lando).

That was an enjoyable episode for the most part. I loved hearing JEJ dulcet tones again, and it was nice to see Vader doing some proper force choking stuff.
Wee Hayden looks lost in that suit though. Luckily the Vader scenes were shot in very low light, and help disguise his short comings

Yeah, but that's the issue, they already proved with the Sequel Trilogy that they have no respect for the legacy characters.

Boba should have remained a badass background character, like in Mando S2, that shows up every once in a while to kick some ass.

I think they saw how popular mando was and they thought they could do no wrong this time around, and decided toone up themselves again and gave us BOBA after mando.

im sure they could pad his suit up a bit. Must be some reason why they choose to do so, this is still a young vader before all those fat starts piling up when he hit midlife.

This show has very poor consistency in the writing, everything just kind of conveniently happens in favor of the good guys when it's time to move forward with the story. Like the whole Vader with the fire thing in this newest episode.

They should have made it so that he TRIED to turn his life around but just couldn't then accepting that he is meant to be a cold blooded killer.

Yeah it was him and it seems like some voice deepfaking like they have done with Luke in Mando/BOBF, cause he doesn't sound like that in Rebels and TROS.

As long as JEJ is alive he should voice Vader.

I agree even if he’s 125 he should do it without the need of any deep fake modulation at all he better sound just like 77 with his own voice of else I will throw a Reva lol

Obi Wan is such a passive character in this episode. I don't think he has done anything here of his own volition. He's just lead from one story point to another.
