But... They are busy and understaffed, so that's their excuse anyway.

But it takes what, 5 minutes to take an updated pic and show us? They are screwing themselves because a lot of people won't pay until they see her. The longer they wait the more I think that the figure is indeed the mess that we saw a few months ago.

At this point it seems more and more likely that the previous photos were accurate and they know it.

I am going to wait and see. I was in this for the long haul and I think it's a testament to BCS that they will probably be on a loser with this one but are still soldiering on.

I hope that we look back at it that way. I am concerned. They are not handling this properly. Those pictures should have been up before they started asking us for money.

I agree completely, I still am holding off on my final payment for the sig. edition because we haven't seen the new pics. I've posted a couple of querries on Fb asking for new ones, we were told they should be up this week. but nothing. If they have time to write long winded explainations on why they're busy, they have time to take new pics.

I'm really starting to think I'll see in hand shots here before we see them on BC's site. It's a bit frustrating really, because I'd like to pay this one.

Both understandable points of view.

I wonder just how much of an impact taking on a new extra staff member (whose main function is to handle exactly this kind of PR stuff, but who can also obviously do whatever else is needed) would have on their operating budget? Surely it would solve more problems than it might create, and make them all a fractionally tiny bit less busy to boot?

Paid today, I just really hope it wasn't a mistake buying her...guess if I don't like the figure I could return it but I really hope I'll like her.

Btw, BC always responded to me except one time when I wanted to cancel the Dynamix 10. All the other times they replied really fast.

Anybody got shipping date from them yet, i asked two questions in an email and they only answered one of them

I PM'd Greggo back around the time of the 10th Doctor's release to offer my services for free, to write copy and to sub-edit text for BC (the text for the 10th Doctor PPO was littered with errors, and I'm a former sub-editor and journalist). Didn't get any response at all, not even a polite 'no thank you'!

I'm not sure the benefits of employing someone for this would outweigh the cost of having another mouth to feed, but they could do far worse than to offer such a role to you, Daron! Beyond that, it's not rocket science - make good products and don't give people any reason to lose faith in you.

Well they said they would be shipping early this week so in normal speak that would mean Monday/Tuesday to me meaning if true we should be seeing in-hand pics any day now but i'm betting they haven't even started shipping yet.. just keeps getting better and better.

Had a an email cancelling the invoice, and then an email from Mark with an explanation on the cancelled invoice. Rapid reply too, still didnt answer the question on shipping dates though.

Thanks Cap. :duff I too offered my services but I, like you, got no reply. As they are that busy, this did not actually surprise me. :lol

IM getting replies within a few hours but they are not answering the main question....when?
If the figures are at Hemel hemstead then id go and get mine as its only half hour away for me..might help lighten the load and save shipping costs..if only

so odd.. why would they outright ignore answering the question? i think i've got to the point where i think "What the hell is actually going on..."
