Man, so they sold out quick of the signature editions, I guess. I wonder if there's any hope of the pairs being around late Thursday? What a week to be low on cash!

OK, seeing as there was nothing other than the Signature Numbered pairs to order from 6PM anyway, and seeing as I have received my PAYPAL invoice for £110 as a part of the payment plan that I selected, and that the next PO does not go live until 9:00PM GMT tonight (some 2 hrs from now), I am confident that I do indeed have a signed and matched number pair of Sherlock figures.

Let me start by saying that........However, the forever pessimist in me has noticed these points...

My confirmation email from PAYPAL mentions naught about the 'Signature' status.

I keep referring myself to the top statement, shown above....

When I have checked my BCS account to confirm that I have indeed ordered the 'Signature' edition it too shows naught regarding the 'Signature' status.

I keep referring myself to the top statement, shown above....

It's now 7:10pm and by now the above statement shown above is not counting for much anymore :slap How have other folks' attempt at pre-ordering the Signature Numbered Pairs gone...?

Since they have the time they were ordered, I suppose if nothing else it'll be easy for them to tell who ordered the Signature editions. But I'm assuming they are set up with different item numbers even if the receipt doesn't reflect that.

This doesn't surprise me at all, given the complete lack of confirmation from BCS re my previous preorders.

Well to be fair to BCS, they have said many times that they no longer send out confirmation emails themselves and that your PAYPAL receipt will act as your confirmation, it like that for this order, for the Doctor #4 and I believe (but I could be wrong on this particular one, it was a while ago) the Doctor #10.

So it has been that way for a while.

I believe the payment plan price for the Signature and Limited are different, and you seem to have been billed for the Signature. So I think you're ok! :hi5:

Between 6 and 9 you could only order the signature pair.
So, if ou ordered at 6, you got that set, between 001 and 200.

How do you know that? I mean it could be between 200 and 400 as they refer to them as numbered pairs and if memory serves well, that was the term they used for the 200-400 edition.

But seriously, I kept refreshing my computer and my iPad from 6 sharp. It was 6.06 when my iPad finally accessed the site (my computer didn't before 6:14) and by that time it seems that the 0-200 were already gone, so kudos to anyone who could connect between 0600 and 0606 :gah:

EDIT: sorry, you're right! Just read the newsletter again and from 6 to 9, it was the 0-200 edition, :yes

I know that, because that's the information directly from the email they sent me.
At 6 o'clock, the signature numbered pairs 001-200 would be available for preorder.

I tried to excited for these guys, but simply couldn't.
Nice for BCS though that they sold them.
Of course, the single sig editions go up tomorrow, so it looks like those could go as well.

I don't get the non signature limited numbered pair though. Do you get an unsigned plaque, with a number? Don't see the point.

Anyway that range has 4 digits, so the edition size must exceeded 1000.

Check again, maybe they've updated it. My paypal invoice doesn't mention signature edition, but my BCS order status does...

Even so, it would be better if there was some record at my BCS account, but it shows no preorders.

I'm totally confused - I think I must have missed a memo here. I've been trying to log into my customer account and I can't - have they changed their system or something since the last time I logged in, in January? Would appreciate any info as I want to be ready for tomorrow.

Yes, it seems to be a new account system. You can go here to set up a new one:

yeah... thought I had an account too... but signed into the new system... and all done and good!!! ordered a numbered pair!!! couldn't be more excited!!!!!

Aha - maybe that is why my old preorders have gone missing from my account at BCS. Anyway - I got a new account and preordered the numbered pair on flex. Wonder if the wait will be as long as its been for 10...

Did you check your spam box? I use gmail and the e-mail went straight there. After you establish your account, it'll send you a confirmation e-mail each time you add a past order to it. These went to my spam box as well.

For Ten, be sure you're using the large 4-digit order number that came from [email protected]. The subject line would say "[Big Chief Studios] Order Received"

----

For myself, I realized that I guess the ones I want are on sale tomorrow, the non-numbered figures sold as pair. So that's good. And since the pairs are still around, it makes me think I'll have a chance even though I have to wait until payday.

I don't think I have a spam box in my gmail, it's just the main one, social and 'promotions' where BC emails usually go - but not today. As for the Ten number I used the big number and it didn't work, but then maybe that's because my account hasn't been created properly. I'm clinging to the hope that the confirmation email is late because their system is under strain at the moment. Hmmm.

You definitely should have a spam box, and I bet that's where it went. On the left side of the screen under the compose button should be a list of various folders. You might see "More" at the very bottom. Click that, and you should see your Spam box.
