You definitely should have a spam box, and I bet that's where it went. On the left side of the screen under the compose button should be a list of various folders. You might see "More" at the very bottom. Click that, and you should see your Spam box.

Phew, found it! Thanks for your help and patience Jon, you da man!

Well, I now cannot seem to login to check my orders, previous posted new or old.

I was able to get in and confirm my numbered pair earlier but it did not show signature, and now I cannot get in again using any combination of email, username, passwords or order numbers.

My advice to BCS as a fan, please finish your final new site, this not being able to do anything is a bit frustrating.

Man I should really pay attention to exchange rates. Paid in Full for a Signature set and thought 440.00 pounds. What's that like $500.00 dollars in US Currency? Paypal ended up charging close to $800.00 dollars! Then it's probably gonna be another hundred or more for shipping to the US?
Jeez......these turned out to be really costly !!

Holy...

All I want is a regular, non-signature Sherlock. I forgot how much their shipping to the US is, though. Anyone know? Will these ever be available from American sellers?

I wonder if the single Sherlock figures will sell out. I don't need an autograph, just the figure...

440 pounds should be $700...

I thought so too. I used XE Exchange rate site to check and it was a little over $700.00
Paypal's exchange rate was Much higher and I think they tacked on an additional fee for exchanging it.
On top of that they charged an additional fee for using a credit card.
Last time I think they charged near $75.00 for One Figure to ship too? With Two of these, I'm thinking they're definitely gonna charge over a hundred more for shipping. Uggghhhh........

My order also doesn't say Signature Edition. It just says Numbered Pair.
Hope they send the right one's. It'd be a real pain to have to exchange these!

That doesn't seem right. I only got charged $559.07. You should have gotten the VAT removed

Rather amazing, after all the negativity, that BCS still sold out of 200 pieces of a $600 action figure set in a matter of minutes.

so what IS the deal with confirmations?? I got the confirm screen after purchase, and the PayPal payment went through, but no email from BCS... is that normal?? will it come??

If you've set up an account under the new system (within the past few days), it will show orders for Doctors 4 & 10 and the Sherlock Holmes duo. Earlier orders (Amy Pond) will be imported by BCS later. Go to their main page to see how to sign in and create an account.

As I said before, they have posted this several times on their FB page, this is how they do it now, no reply from them and your PAYPAL receipt acts as your invoice/proof of purchase.

This is how it was on the #4 Doctor sale I believe.

All those extra charges sound very suspect to me. I just ordered something from Japan and paid through PayPal and I didn't get any significant extra charges. I got an extra maybe $3-4 for the exchange rate through my credit card, but I definitely didn't get charged extra for using a CC. The price on the website was in dollars, so I didn't get charged anything over what I saw. And like someone else mentioned, if you're in the US, you shouldn't have to pay VAT, so it should really only be 367 pounds. You ARE in the US, aren't you?

And shipping is $75?!? I was on the fence with these already, but this definitely makes me not want to order!

$75?!!? Gosh, maybe I'll have to re-think this. I really want these, but they are already pricey with the exchange rate. I would have thought $40 or so.

I decided to go for the numbered pair. I hope shipping doesn't end up being THAT much, but I figured if I was in for what I was in, what was $30 more? Sigh. I have a sickness.

But, I ran into an interesting issue. I was trying to figure out how much it would cost up front the other day, so I went through the ordering process to the point where I got to PayPal. I got called to a meeting and accidentally closed my browser. I went today to order the numbered pair, but it said I'd already ordered it! Sure enough, I have an order in but I never paid the deposit. So, I've e-mailed BCS to see how I can go about paying for it. Just want to make sure my order doesn't get cancelled.
