If he was on the job, could he do anything without blowing his cover?

What was he undercover with those guys for? It sounds like those riders were pretty bad guys, and that criminal record of the rider who got run over supports that.

Revealed: FIVE off-duty NYPD officers were among the bikers involved in SUV attack but not one of them intervened to help father as he was viciously beaten in revenge for running one of them over.

"Among the off duty cops were at least two detectives and three other officers, all who witnessed the attack and did little to stop it. One of the detectives, an undercover narcotics officer, watched as the violence broke out and chose not to break it up for fear of ruining his cover."

He wasn't on duty at the time, but still wanted to protect his cover.

I think the News Reporter doesn't know the difference between undercover and off duty. Or he works undercover, but was off duty at the time. Some of the other riders were fireman and other professionals.

Professional what? Not exactly pillars of the community.

The broken window on the passenger side of the vehicle shows that the male driver was not the only target of the bikers' wrath.

WHAT THE ---------

So there were cops among the bikers? Are you F----- KIDDING ME? :slap

Looks like they've uncovered a rat's nest in New York. Smoke those mother****ers out! :cuss :cuss

If I were the driver of the SUV i'd now consider suing the city of New York. Undercover, didn't wanna blow his cover, blah blah blah, throw the ****ing book at them or consider the possibility of a lawsuit.

The police weren't going to blow who knows how much time & evidence the undercover cop piled up

"The officer, who was not on duty, came forward on Wednesday, several days after the Sept. 29 fight, to say he was present, according to a source, and did not call 911 when the assault was taking place.

NYPD spokesman John McCarthy said a detective had been stripped of his gun and badge pending the outcome of an internal affairs investigation.

It is unclear why the officer was riding with the group of motorcyclists."

The good news is that in a civil suit all of j meezee's drug, gun, and driving charges will come in. The moment the kids or his mom say "J was a good guy" they open the door to his lengthy criminal past.

:dunno

Wow so they are already making up false info to use to sue the driver. He was "run over at top speed". Wow that's has the be the fastest zero to top speed record ever to do it in about 5 feet.
:slap :slap :lol

Yup! Allred.
This is going to become a TV miniseries now.
It has already begun.

Allred refused to comment on the fact that Mieses hasn't had a valid driver's license or permit in the state of Massachusetts since 1999. She said it was irrelevant to the case because he wasn't on his motorcycle when he was run over by the SUV.

I fully understand a undercover cop not doing anything. Just because your off duty doesn't mean you can blow you cover. Not to mention doing so could put him and his families lifes in danger depending on the type of case he is working.

Now he could have a case against the off duty cops.
