I just picked mine up too. You guys waiting until Christmas are nuts. I would be fighting my sister's kids over who gets to turn on the proton packs and who gets to hold slimer :lol. I'll be cracking these open slowly starting tonight into tomorrow.

My 4-pack from BBTS was delivered on Saturday afternoon via FedEx but finally got a moment to open them late yesterday into the wee hours today. Anyone else receive damaged/defective pieces? Peter's tray was forcefully pressed into his nose, causing paint rub, his proton wand was broken, and one of his harness clips was broken. My Ray had strange bubbles/divots on his throat where paint didn't take so they appear that off-yellow plastic color... And his left knee is extremely loose :slap Winston & Egon are perfect. I'll attach some photos; however, the photos don't do the paint issues justice. They are glaring, in person. I am awaiting a response from BBTS, at the moment.

I feel for you C-Brock. Worth the rest of us noting that the proton wand can break, sometimes you have to be quite forceful when getting the gloves to hold it.

I hope BBTS can resolve the issues.

sorry to hear about the defects. whether you have them now or will have breaks later be prepared for endless fixing up of ghostbusters. it's a fragile set.

I feel if you go down the road of sending things back and not fixing it yourself you will be forever sending back and forth your ghostbusters.

theres gonna be endless breaks, even long after any available replacements are issued. Which is why it's much easier and more time effective to buy some glue and call it a day.

Agree, 5 mins with glue is a lot less stressful than waiting months for replacement parts, which may or may not turn up.

Even whenever we PO just one figure of any other character, you're pretty lucky if you receive one that's completely blemish free.

We're talking about four all at once here that we're holding our breaths that have utterly nothing wrong with them. :lol

Nope...

Pro tip....have you package delivered to a UPS store.....you almost always get it a day earlier, and you can pick it up at the store on your schedule....

So long as you have a location that accepts pickups...I have 6 in my local area do most people should.

Make an online account in UPS and reschedule delivery to suit your life.

Except where I live having packages routed to a ups store almost always adds a day to me being able to get my packages. The change of location to access point normally gets approves the morning of the scheduled delivery then it sits there and does not get loaded onto a delivery truck until the next day but I prefer that than to have ups leave packages on my porch. We are in a new development with construction/contractors all over the place so I prefer the peace of mind of not having my packages stolen.

No way I am using those awful included stands. Switched to the generic cheap oval ones. Then I realized that each figure comes with a black Ghostbuster logo sticker. If you trim it down a bit it fits perfectly.

I'm trying to hold off...I made sure nothing was broken or missing, but they are all still in their boxes. I did cave and take out Slimer...

These. Are. Awesome! They all look superb, and I love the articulation and pose-ability. My Winston seems a little too dark rather than red, but my complaints don't seem to run as deep as others. Ray and Venkman do feel a little more GBII than GBI, but I noticed the coveralls seems to sit high on the shoulders, taking away from their necks and adding a little chubbiness to their faces. Was having doubts about pre-ordering these with all the comments and reviews, but now I am sure glad I did.

I also like the the slimer is a little slimey feeling. I kinda wish he came with an accessory that gave the look of him being entangled in their streams.

Definitely seeing some chinks in the armor here. Ray's walkie had a broken antenna upon opening, and the little red light on Winston's trap fell off during some light fiddling. Both have been glued back on.

Each of mine came with a "Ghostbusters" firehouse sign/sticker and a set of the newspapers and magazines. I thought I was suppose to only get one set? Guess I can create a newsstand.
