Statue Blitzway- Bruce Lee 40th Anniversary Tribute Statue (1/3 Scale)

It might make sense but aeumuse said Blitzway said it was 60 cm tall. I can't find that information anywhere on their page. So regardless whether it makes sense, I would like to know where it says that on facebook.

Direct measurements sent to me by Blitzway-

Regarding size, figure height is 60 cm tall and the base is 11 cm height.
So, height 71 cm in total (71 cm / 2.54 = apprx. 28 inch).

I think arnies private 1/4 bruce sculpts 2010-2012 were better looking than this..with todays paint apps could have done a stunner.

As for this statue, I reeeeeaaaaallllllllllyyyyy like the pose(s) they chose. It looks dynamic enough for me, & very 'Game Of Death' like I reckon. I even think the calm facial expression is fine. If the sculpt was 99% accurate to Bruce Lee's likeness, but with the exact same expression, I don't even know if we'd be having a "wrong expression" discussion in this thread

Right now, I want to see 'in hand' pics, & I want to see what EB is offering. So I think I'm not going to pre order right now.

But if they say this has an edition size of 200 or something, I don't think I'd want to miss out. That might make me pre order.

At last we getting some tender BL love for the fans , months of Waiting and dry spells , now just need EB to show us if they got any surprises for us , maybe showing more of the Big Boss fig painted sculpt would do ,,just fine right about now! Lol Opps better make that tmr. Also on the Blitzway pics the back ground,s too dark to get a proper look of the hair 'might end up with bed hair for all we know once inhand. Yup safer to wait on this.

I really hope the guys that get this say ''best bruce ever'' I mean it..its way over my budget so i'm not buying it..but hope you guys are very happy with it..the bent forward/ish pose doesn't do it for me,its like midframe from the movie if you follow..same with the sculpt.it does look like bruce,but in a kinda ''I'm not arsed'' frame of mind..

Joking aside ,, although I do want a GOD fig display @-@ the big BUT is EB might get round to doing a 1/4 GOD fig, we just don't know when ? Oh Paciific Rim Bruce looks mighty fine

Even better would be if we could find the scene with this expression.
That would help judge the likeness of the sculpt.

An exact pose from the movie? Does it even exist? You can pull up a bunch of bruce pics from the GOD movie and compare though.

just watched the nunchuk fight from GOD.bruces face has various expression but too hard to see an exact match.but never ''blank''..closest pic if found.

if we wanna moan more the side of his hair looks wrong too. LOL

I'm kind of happy some of the Bruce fans here aren't too fussed on this statue, it means I have a better chance of picking one up!
For me this is hands down the best Bruce likeness ever produced.
I guess everyone sees these things differently but I've always found in the past, when the sculpts try to capture a scene too closely or a face Bruce pulls in a particular scene that they tend to come off more like caricatures to me.
This piece delivers a natural look that is uncanny and for me delivers everything I want in a likeness.
When I look at this I don't see someone trying to capture a caricature of a particular film scene, I see Bruce and that's why I rate this piece so highly.

I hope your right mate, you probably are.
I just thought at 1/3 scale that this was a very competitive price and that people would be chopping at the bit to get this one.
But with the price and the likeness seemingly putting some guys off, I might just be able to snag one myself if I can find a good UK or European seller.

$600 without shipping..you can add anything from 50-100 on top.and then import taxes/charges..so in my case here in the UK. this may well cost me £550-£600..no doubt UK/EUR seller will charge this...or more anyway.but for those getting it.enjoy
