So I got another replacement from PC and opened it last night. Just gave it a quick look over and seems ok. Some small imperfections here and there, but nothing major

Sounds like a good excuse for some more xpl0sive pics

Haha I'll see what I can do mate. Might invest in a proper lighting setup and take some proper studio style shots. Will need to wait until the weekend as the missus has my lens.

Are you referring to the Johnnie Walker commercial?
That was quite well done, nice production values.
The likeness was off though for the most part...certain brief glimpses worked pretty well.
I don't think the CGI is quite there yet to pull off a feature length thing, unless of course it was intended to be more a type of photo realistic animated film.
The last example of CGI encountering that sort of problem that i saw was Fast and Furious 7 where they had to render Paul Walker's head in various scenes. While it was done fairly well, you could still easily spot it and it took me out of the film.
It would be interesting though to see what the best CGI workers could do with Bruce.

oh wow I always wondered what happened to this. I remember when it got announced and the first clip they showed.

it's down to Shannon I suppose regarding some form of cgi film,with bruce's original notes for GOD,it would be interesting to see how it would turn out.
the movie bruce lee in GOD had a go at trying the story.but with the cost of cgi would Shannon be able to raise the money for it.or maybe try a new story with the bruce scenes used as flashbacks??

Never owned a blitzway before. Is the Iris on this piece just a flat black or did they try to paint a pupil, translucent iris, etc?? I'm hoping it is not just a black dot. If anyone can post pics you are a saint. It is the only thing preventing me from pulling the trigger.

It looks like they painted very detailed eyes for marilyn monroe, even though her eyes are half closed. Did they do the same with bruce??

Mainly sweat apps and inaccurate cuts, Aggrivating easily avoided simple stuff. Still love the thing though...
