What about comparing them to their 1/4 figures?

Of course the Blitzway statue is going to look better than any Sideshow human actor character PFs, since they are always painted horrible. I mean just look at the MOS PF, it's like Sideshow doesn't even try to paint them good, their thinking it seems is that this paint job is good enough, so it will do.

I was replying to the post above where an 'Enterbay EtD 1/3' is mentioned a couple of times ...obviously no such figure exists.
You can compare it to the HD-1008 if you like.

And yes, I generally have no idea what Sideshow is thinking with the slop they throw out there.

Yeah which is why I kept mentioning it as the 1/4 ETD EB statue and not 1/3 one. I was hoping he would of got the message that I was correcting him.

Frankly, I just don't think they care, especially how they made their whole MOS PF statue out of PVC (not just the head, which as we know would actually benefit the statue). Now it says on their website that the CR Superman PF is also PVC.

It was delayed for around 4- 5 months I believe. It was suppose to come out in September last year and most stores did not get theirs in till February. And to answer your first question yes I believe this statue will also be delayed, which doesn't bother me at all as it gives me time to save up.

like steve said.they had mould issues and the sept release was passed.they released it in jan(16th) if I remember right)the bigger retailers got him early feb.
my EU retailer got him end march.i think it was end of april for the UK.so if no issues crop up,i can see a jan release,but feb-april arrival for various retailers.
is that a seam under the chin in the 2nd pic?..gonna be interested in how the head joins the neck.

I think the GoD statue initially had a short lead time to release ended up being delayed for 6 months before they finally got it out.

I'm baffled that Blitzway is again listing a very short lead time to release date .... they either have everything up and running smoothly now at their factory, or they are just horribly at estimating time to complete their production runs

When the issues with GOD was sorted..november I think.it was released in jan..so if all is ok with this, then as the PO is end nov, then a jan release should be on the cards........then again

Thanks guys So if we're being realistic then this ETD piece shouldn't experience as heavy a delay as the GOD version did

When looking at the paint job of both Blitzway and Enterbay then compare it with Sideshow, you really can start thinking they don`t care, yes. As with SSs new Terminator PF is, I just have to say really disappointing. When looking at EBs T2 battledamaged I must say get a grip SS!
Then again looking at CR Superman PF, that`s more like it imo. It`s like you can`t rely on SS quality

It was down to the moulding.but as they sorted that.there may be some delay.but not the length of the GOD..unless the head/body seam causes issues.
