Like his work but the closed eyes bust not my taste
This piece is not easy to take pics prob because when we go close up it really distorts the size of the head or length of the arms.
Saw some comments of your pics else where my camera making the figure distorted too.I rather use the iPad it seems better for this.
But sometimes it,s the other way..
Think the 1/3rd scale is even more easily distorted than 1/6 scale though

Agree it can look bobble head in some shots..I do like the statue.but it could have been finished better.

PC got back to me about my second statue and said that it passed all QC so they won't be exchanging for free and that I'll need to return it myself and if I want another one I'll need to pay for shipping both ways. Pretty annoyed as the lean wasn't even checked (the sticker was still intact on the base). Really regret sending away my original now.

Anyway, I'm happy to drive down there and return it, problem is I'm at work when these guys are open, so I dunno what to do. I might be stuck with this I think.

passed all QC eh.so they just placed on top of the base held inhand and said,yeah it's straight!!.total crap..not very good CS I think.
is there anyway you could maybe plug the hole to make it smaller to help with the lean?,either way it sucks that something this expensive is giving a few collectors issues.

Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed to be honest. I'm going to throw up some pics here, see what you guys think of the lean. Could just be my eyes deceiving me.

There's nothing really I can do with the hole to fix the lean I think, as it's the way the peg is cast into the foot.

I might see if I can just drive down there and swap it over.

Well since they didn't actually do the quality check, they can't claim it passed the quality check....

I was thinking maybe put some blu-tack or putty inside around one edge to see if that would level it better.but like SAB said what QC check? as the sticker was still as per factory release.

Yeah I don't think they checked the lean on the base, I think they just checked the figure for any obvious defects (like paint chips, bad jaw seam etc...). Unless they removed the sticker altogether from the base, placed the statue in it then reapplied the sticker.

To be honest though, I took photos of it tonight, and it looks very similar to my previous one. There is still slightly more of a lean than my previous one judging by the pics, but it's not as apparent. I'm thinking maybe it's just an optical illusion, as it looks fairly straight in the pics. It's certainly not perfectly straight, but I'm wondering if any of them are.

SAB and chris, when you place yours dead centre in the base, and position him so that his body is facing front on, foot pointing directly in front, how do his nipples look? Do they appear level or is his right nipple slightly lower than the left?

let's hope that they do the right thing and replace it.show them photo's of the correct statue angle(feel free to use mine mate)hopefully that will persuade them it's faulty.good luck and I hope you end up with a correct one.

Well its about that time for Arnie to disappear/have a falling out with whoever he is working with

EB/HT now blitzway.perhaps arnie's passion for bruce is too much for companies to understand?either way it's a shame the 5 films weren't done in 1/3 scale what a display that would have been.and given that EB care more about NBA,i don't see a future bruce for a while(not counting storm's new one)

Yup if the five 1/3rd were done I,d have to say I,d be super tempted to get them all. When I look at the Blitzway,s 1/3 statues that I have in the room .
They really have great presence . Such a shame . If No more of Arnie /Blitzway pieces . Storm collectable 1/12 will keep on on it see more pics then decide.
But yes very weird to make pose that EB had already . But the back is overly muscled too much weird detailing I think.
