If it's any consolation to you guys I have it on good authority that the pinch was just a problem on the SDCC sample.

I thought the pinch was on the original mold they made the MR helmets with which are being used for the Boba bust.

I think this is SS's best armored character bust to date, better then Vader IMO.

I thought the pinch was on the original mold they made the MR helmets with which are being used for the Boba bust.

The visor pinch was just a flaw from production. The MR prototype didn't have it. Sideshow or Spectral Motion may have used the retail MR helmet as reference, but that's speculation.

Anyways if they corrected that, kudos to them for listening. No detail is too trivial for a $700 bust.

I wish they stepped up the paint job, though; at least close enough to MR's.

Looks like the shipping in 30 days notice is correct. The ship date for the bust is now showing "September" on the order page.

I'm looking forward to the final product of this. I remember when everybody griped at the PF version of Boba Fett (and it winded up looking spectacular).

I wish Sideshow would put up a 360 degree video of the final/production version. Do they tend to update that on the product order page? Seems to me they don't, but I'm kinda new to Sideshow collecting. I'll be happy if it looks as good as the prototype. But I'm hoping they fixed the pinch.
