I thought about the angle thing before I posted any of this... But I thought it seemed more extreme then it should be. Watching SDCC vids again it you are right and it is all about the viewing angle.

I'm not fussed on the blue, looks pretty good & can't wait to have it in hand.

Wished they would've taken the new photos from the same angles or at least close to it. It looks like they've completely changed the pose too!

I think this might be one piece where the waitlist isn't exaggerated. But you never know, the EX isn't really an impressive addition anyway if you do miss out.

Agreed, that's why I just settled for the regular. I'll be saving close to $200 buying it locally here in Australia as opposed to poor dollar conversion & getting one shipped from the states.

The old pictures showed the prototype, the new pictures show something more akin to what we will receive. Biggest change is the more blueish tone of his clothing.
