WOW!

Absolutely excellent pics, sir! Between these and Wor-Gar's post-futz kit pics, I'm convinced...the colors on the costume look great. And the detailing looks intricate and amazing....no wonder the Captain went on and on in his review...very nice.

Awesome pics King!!! Every shot of this figure just looks awesome! I really hope my waitlist converts soon before I stroke out :lol

Thanks Jedibear!

I hope so too J. No one should be without this figue!

Thank ya! So many great pics I just hope mine are doing it as much justice as we've seen.

Looks great! Now I would recommend taking his hair out of the collar, it makes such a huge difference! His hair really does look great.

I'm so amazed, not only at this figure, but by how nice the three look together. It's just such a cool display! I've spent an hour posing them just right, keeping some variety but also making sure their poses look well together and flow nicely from figure to figure. It looks like a movie still, it's great! The Fellowship couldn't be completed soon enough--after I get my Faramir that is!

Just received mine as well. I was surprised by the paint app on his hair/beard actually. Kudos to Sideshow for this one. One thing that keeps gnawing at me though is why they still resort to using velcros on the box flaps. I mean. Star Wars have had the magnets on their flaps for a while now. I don't believe magnets weigh that much!

As much as I don't consider myself a stickler for details, one thing that caught by eye was the print description on Boromir's accessories, particularly the blurb on the shield. Someone at Sideshow could have done a spell-check on the word "rivited". And what the heck is a "leather guige"?

guige [geej, geezh] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun Armor.
a shoulder strap attached to the inner side of a shield.
[Origin: 1350–1400; ME gige < OF guige extra strap for shield]
