you need to send them a photo of the part you are unhappy with and Sideshow should send you a new part. unless the problem is with the body?

The problem lies with the body and they said they have no more replacement bodies... its the strap that everybody has broken/bent.

Since most everyone has the broken straps on the hand holding the flag, think of it as a feature rather than a problem.

the flag is gorgeous that's why i didn't ask for a replacement. it seems the chips at the top on the pole are common and i had to be carefull twisting the plastic spike because i didn't want to break my flag

My flag was a little bit less than perfectly painted anyway so I decided to go for a replacement.

He's all back together and I have decided not to display the spike at the top of the flag since it allows me to push him a little bit further back on the shelf and away from passing hands that might knock things about. Otherwise I'd be sweating bullets anytime anyone came close without paying attention.

Sorry to say, but according to your pics one strap looks broken too (hand holding flag, lower strap).

This is only a small defect, I do not care it's a great piece.

Guys i got my boromir today everything was perfect, but im such a noob i went to put the top part of the flag spear in and the hole in and a tiny bit at the top in the hole snaped off so i got some blue tac stuck it in there then got a black texter and made the blue tac black so cant even notice but i didnt know how fragile it was since this is my first item ever haha legolas should be here soon!

should i upload pics?
