THIS is the Boromir I've been waiting for, incarnation AND sculpt wise...although I wanted this Boromir in PF form.

My only concern is that he should come with a second closed mouth sculpt that would fit in better with the lowered sword arm.

Thanks for the pictures guys. In the excitement of making sure I ordered the exclusive, I didn't even look at the sculpt much. This is a great likeness, and the maquette line is shaping up to be an absolutely amazing collection. I can't wait to see how this line will continue to develop, and I hope we get another preview video this year with SDCC to whet our appetites for some of what next year will offer.

Time to see how the hobbits will be handled, as this feels like the best chance to complete any incarnation of the Fellowship!

Sculpted by Gabriel Marquez. He's the same guy who sculpted my awesome Gollum statue and who re-sculpted my KOTD statue....I was wondering when SS was finally going to hire this guy.

I really like this statue and have ordered it but I really hope at some point they release a Fellowship Boromir since he was in the outfit a lot more than this one. Anyway still very impressed.

Sideshow nailed the Gondorian Armor version of Boromir, but I hope that they have still reserved his fellowship attire for the Premium Format line.
