Randy talked about how this may go through another 2-3 casts or something over on SF and that there is shrinkage of materials. It didn't sound like they were going to physically make this piece smaller as much as it would end up a tad smaller in the end due to the materials.

Here is the quote from the other forums verbatim:

Each molding causes at least a .7% shrinkage. In other words, he'll get smaller by the time he's produced.
well that's hardly worth mentioning imo. so all said 1-1.5% shrinkage.
Here guys, I'll put the shrink down discussion to bed
yeah the earlier pics were a bit deceptive, at least now we know it's 1/6 scale. easy pass for me now.
You're absolutely right. Our love for Marvel characters invariably trumps all. However, as this hobby community is rather small, it stands to reason that we're bound to see conflicts develop between members, perhaps especially with those who are appear more fanatical than others.
Ultimately, we all have the same right to express our like or dislike for a piece, or preference for one company over another. Some take those discussions in stride. Other members, even company owners at times, appear to respond to that sort of adversity rather poorly and start seeing agendas and conspiracies wherever they turn. Next thing you know, people are dragged into senseless dramas which rarely, if ever, serves any forward moving purpose at all.
Suddenly, the hobby, at least the online portion of it, becomes a bit of a drag. Once a really cool piece comes out, all appears forgotten. That is, until the next mediocre piece comes out. Sadly, what that generally means is that those unable to deal with the criticism and adversity come out to play again. It's a bizarre cycle which appears near impossible to avoid for those who like to frequent hobby forums. It certainly isn't exclusive to Bowen.
DELETE - Nevermind. You're agenda isn't worth my time.
There are times when it appears like the both of you feed off each other's arrogance and paranoia.
You totally deserve each other.
Looks like he might be Bowen Hulk size. That's pretty big. THis will be good. Bowen's the Master.
Posted by Rocket on SF. Its not quite as big as I had hoped for but still mighty impressive.
