Still in shock at how much went down in this episode. I had prepared myself for Hanks death though. Biggest gut wrench for me was Heisenberg telling Jesse about Jane. Followed by the ' moma ' from Holly. Intense stuff

Wow, I watched it again this morning and it was still as riviting as ever.

Someone said "its going to be a long week" thats an understatement. :(

Btw...thanks Hydrobud for pointing out those out to me. :wave

Definitely one of the most shocking episodes I've ever seen on television. I've wanted Hank off Walt's *** for awhile but it was saddening to see him finally go.

It's ever more apparent the reason Walt comes back to ABQ is to whack out the Nazis and maybe save Jesse.

$225 for that complete bluray set? **** that. you can get the first four seasons for like $60 bucks.

Wow, what an episode.

When Jack says to Walt "are we good to go" with the gun pointed at Jesse's head, and Walt nods, I found myself shouting "no Walt" at the screen:lol, I really thought Jesse was about to die.

Sat down with my son and watched season 1 again yesterday before watching last nights episode. The transformation of Walter is so just expertly done by Cranston and the writers. Last night just shows how great this show is.

I don't think Walt wants to save Jesse. He blames him for Hank's death. He told Todd's gang where Jesse was hiding and gave them the ok to kill him right there. I wonder if they would've kept Walt prisoner to cook for them if Jesse died during the shootout.

I doubt it, they wanted to just see him cook Blue. I don't think they had any beef with Walt at all to do that.

Next episode is titled "Granite State" referring to New Hampshire so it's going to be part of that flash forward I gather since Walt's new identity is him being from there.

I doubt they care about anyone cooking with all that money they have. I think the redheaded guy is just having jesse do that because he likes the weird meth chick. (terrible with names :lol)

I thought walt would tell everyone he was secretly working with hank undercover to get the meth nazis and no one could know (even Hank's wife)....he went to set them up and a shoot out happened and he barely made it out alive and pin everything on the nazi guys. i know there would be some holes (Walt's wife probably would have freaked out just the same because she would know it was lie) but it seemed to be a way out. I guess with 2 episodes left this wasn't possible.

I wonder why are the nazi guys going to go after them since they got their money and Jesse will cook for them. I really don't understand why they would be going after him

Walt is a witness to them murdering 2 DEA agents....I'd say that would be enough for them to go after him. The only reason they let him go and gave him some of the money is because Todd talked his uncle into it.

If not for Todd, Walt is dead and broke.

I thought the same thing...with walt dead all witnesses (outside of their crew) are erased....except jesse which they were lazy in looking for.

Re: No love for Breaking Bad?

"You're the smartest man I know and you're to stupid to realize he's made up his mind 10 minutes ago."

What I dont get is Walt's disheveled appearance when he goes back to his house to get the ricin. He must of driven nonstop from NH to ABQ? He looks like a bum.

Something must of brought him out of hiding, and I think he's going on a suicide mission since he doesn't have much time left anyway.
