I really doubt there's a market for licensed high-end BB figures :dunno

Breaking bad is the probaly the most talked about show ever. Half the world was walter white for halloween yesterday. Its really sad that Mezco gets this license and ****s on it with terrible figures and not enough charaters. But I guess thats how it goes.

The US is not half the world :lol

Do you really think that in all my time in 1/6 I didn't even get a whiff of Trevor's landmark Cranston sculpt? No matter how good it is, I don't buy customs. They don't feel right to me.

I just want SS to do an official one with a newer sculpt. From the side, the sculpt looks condensed.

If SS had the license , who do you think would be doing the sculpting for them ?

Walking Dead is more popular and more watched then Breaking Bad.

Which I think is ****ing insane, but whatever.

what??? where?

Nope. Walking Dead can suck it. Breaking Bad is the better show. And should've gotten the "BEST WATCHED DRAMA EVERRR"

Agree 100%. Breaking Bad kept the momentum going and had me hooked on every word. I've skipped whole episodes of TWD out of boredom and just eventually just stopped watch altogether.

This is the only place I can say it without the rabid fanboys coming after me. :lol...it's nice to vent.

the walking dead is pure piece of ****! really I don't understand the hype!
it's just boring as ****!
the comics is amazing btw! I'm a huge fan! but the tv show.. please.. :(

As I said, I LIKE The Walking Dead, but if I happen to miss an episode...oh well, I'll get around to watching it sometime where as Breaking Bad had me sucked in so much that if I missed an episode of BrBa I'd have a panic attack ! :lol

A Walter White figure would sell. Easily.

If I were a company like Hot Toys and had the license I would produce:

MMS Walter White figure with 2 head sculpts. One regular (Bald Goatee) and one with hair/beard (Granite State). It would include 2 outfits, one Walter and one Heisenberg.

Two pack with Walter and Jesse. They would be wearing their yellow Lab gear and would come with various accessories. I figure Jesse would be a tough sell on his own, but would sell in a two pack.

Then I would include headsculpts with True Types. Hank on Caucasian, Gustavo on African American etc.

Easily? Based on what? Setting aside their aversion to TV licenses, Hot Toys have shown time and time again that they are only interested in procuring licenses based on shows and characters that resonate with the Asian market. Breaking Bad doesn't. The Sopranos doesn't. Game of Thrones doesn't. In fact of all the top-tier TV shows to come out of the US, hardly any of them have been given a nod by high end 1/6 manufacturers.

The other thing is I think the appetite for normal guys in suits/chem suits, etc., is pretty limited (as opposed to fantastical characters and especially those associated with childhood). No-one loves Breaking Bad more than me but I don't have the least bit of interest in them being represented on my shelf; along with Memento, Casino, Wiseguys, blah, blah, blah. Totally don't see the appeal of a 1:6 figure in a suit and am pretty sure I'm in the majority. That's why it's custom fodder.

Agreed with Celtic on breaking bad being better than walking dead. I love walking dead but without the zombies it wouldn't even be glanced at. It's a good series but half the time it's them just sitting around while zombies roam outide. Share a few dialogue then cut to ten minutes of commercial.

but what if Sideshow did it?
