This is indeed GREAT news! Finally we're getting the Maul that was hinted at on April Fool's day. I for one also like the idea of the accessory pack...and friends, perhaps $29.99 is a 'tad' expensive...but then, who needs THREE probe droids? One will do just fine...Thus, perhaps we can use these boards to our advantage...The way Wor-Gar, pjam and I did when we split on a lot of 3 Apone heads...go splits on the accessory pack. $10 a piece, each person gets a probe droid...or perhaps the initiator pays $15 or $20 and gets a probe droid, the stand, etc. and sells the additional probe droids for $5 to $10 each.

Anyways, I'm sure you get the idea. Just a thought...Because I'd like to have ONE probe droid, but I don't need THREE of them!

From the looks of the picture, the three probe droids stand on a rod that splits into three ends at the top, but has one common rod that connects to the base at the bottom. It doesn't look like they can be displayd individually. But we'll see...

Yeah, the post definitely looks like it ultimately connects the three Probes, but good thinking there Indiana.

If I can figure out how to make/buy a stand that would work, I'd be in to splitting it though. Just need a thin clear plastic pole really and it might work. Like one of those crotch stands they use on Barbie (oops, was that naughty?).

Anyway, lets see what this whole accessory thing is first. Maybe its cooler than we think. For $30 there must be something pretty cool there, especially as this is their first "accessory" deal. They got to hook us with something great.

Thanks for the pic of Maul! From what we can see in the scan, he looks pretty darn snazzy....I personally like the idea of an accessory set that is separate - the price of $30 is not an issue as long as we can see the quality and value. Thus far, Sideshow has not disappointed, so I am sure that $30 will be fair once we see what we are getting for that dough...!

I have to say that I'm quite happy with Maul being the next one released. I'll probably also be getting the Probe Droid 3-pack (why does that just sound wrong? ) As Wor-Gar said with this being their first "accessory" deal, they got to hook us with something great.
