The IOC found that the track was not at fault. But I did see where someone stated that the Ice wall should be higher in that section to prevent the lugers from leaving the track in these crashes. I mean it makes sense seeing as how the luge speeds have increased.

Yikes, yea i live kind of close to where that U of T campus is on Old Kingston Rd i believe it is located(border of Pickering/Scarborough), lots of rapes were done by Bernardo down in the that area, Rouge park/Valley.So many murder cases in Toronto that happend the last 3-5 years have gone cold with no leads even with video evidence of the crime committed, i am glad they caught this guy atleast.
