So far, it's been straight what they advertise on the webpage. $59.99 + $6.99 shipping which, at our current exchange rate, has worked out to about $87 off my CC every month.

Both times, UPS has comes to my door, handed me the package and left. No extra duties.

Yeah, and the colours are working out just fine. Can't wait 'til next month when I get the battery pack for the LED bar and see this thing TRULY lit up....

Looks very cool. You'll need to mask the inside of the tube behind the light panel, especially where the top half and bottom half meet. I've read others' build progress and they all say light bleeds through.

Some of the guys out there inspire me... and others make me feel like they're absolutely brilliant and bat$@it insane at the same time, what with the mile or so of fiber optics they're running into the pieces so far.

I swear I'm waiting for one of them to come along and say, "While waiting for the engine lighting kit to arrive, I invented an actual hyperdrive, squeezed it in and tested it out over the weekend by sending the Falcon to Jupiter and back. What do you guys think?" :wink1:

I know, right?! :rotfl

I do like the fiber optics for the Dejarik table. That's pretty sweet.

SW Celebration is showing models of new xwing and new millennium falcon, I'm sured there will be someone doing square radar for DeAgos version later.

With two years 'til the final issues, I'm fairly certain DeAgo themselves will pattern one and include it in the parts releases.

Got my Shapeways door today! Crappy paint and weathering job aside, it looks better than a sticker inside a dark hole. LOL

I talked to the guy at the booth for a bit yesterday. The one in all the pics has been painted but there will tips and tricks info on how to paint your own. I also asked about the cost of the kits changing. They said they won't change the price part way though the subscription.

I am still on the fence. I don't think even the painted up one looks as good as the MR one. I was able to see both yesterday so it was easy to compare. I think the EFX one looks better but will it ever actually come out and how much will it cost and it's not as big.

What type of adhesive are you using to hold the colored pieces to the cockpit wall? Looks really good!
