I think it performed exactly where it should have when you release a movie like this, on a holiday weekend, with Mary Poppins and Aquaman.

This was surprisingly better than I thought it would be

Mainly because of its showcasing of the nostalgic design and dialogue of the original series.

A lot of lady porn in this movie, you could tell it was written by a chick ( let’s ruin the mean girls car because she hurt our feelings.... yuck)

Stick to the 80s

I loved that the actress actually made me believe I was watching something from the 80s. This is refreshing compared to films as of late that do very little in setting the tone... ie the *******ized XMEN Apocalypse movie that had zero 80s undertones.
