Why wasn't she charged with interference of operating a public bus or something like that? That bus was moving until the driver stopped when this went down thereby endangering all those on board.

I'm sure this will all come out in the wash. I'm sure she'll sue, and he should sue her as well, since she caused him to lose his job.

Yeah WTF. Haven't watched any news reports about this, how did the other passengers feel about it. Considering their lives were at risk while this girl harrassed the bus driver I wonder do they feel the punch was justified.

That would have put him in a better position to press charges and to sue. Sure, she probably wasn't rich, but he could make her ***** ass pay by having her wages garnished for years. That would fix her.

Well being a 6 foot 4 inch man, at about 220 lbs I have had more then my fair share of tinny people take a shot at me. Little person syndrome is insane. I have NEVER done anything that like that dude did. Even though I could. I have restrained people after they punched me in the face, after they tried to stab me, and helll one tried to hit me with a car. I never started it, and I never ended it like this idiot did. I put them down, but I didn't have to BEAT them to do it.
